Terms & Conditions – Technical Consultancy Services (Saffron Farming)

1. Service Scope
   Consultancy services are provided for technical guidance, advisory support, and knowledge sharing related to saffron farming setup, cultivation, and management.
2. Consultancy Types & Fees
   • Phone Call Consultation – ₹1000 + 18% GST
   • Text-Based Consultation – ₹1000 + 18% GST
   • Online Meeting – ₹2000 + 18% GST
   • Video Call Consultation – ₹1500 + 18% GST
   • Personal Visit to Technical Center (Malur) – ₹2000 + 18% GST
   • Technical Expert Visit to Client Farm – ₹5000 + TA + DA + HRA + 18% GST
3. Consultation Duration
   Each session is limited to 10 to 30 minutes only.
4. Question Limit
   A maximum of 3 questions per session is allowed. For additional queries, clients must book a new consultation or enroll in training.
5. Purpose of Consultancy Fees
   Fees are charged to ensure serious inquiries and to avoid non-serious or time-pass interactions.
6. Fee Distribution
   • 80% of the fee is paid to the technical expert
   • 20% is allocated for social and community development activities
7. Advance Payment
   Full payment must be made before confirming any consultation.
8. Scheduling
   Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons.
9. Client Responsibility
   Implementation of advice is solely the client’s responsibility.
10. Results May Vary
    Results may differ based on climate, setup, maintenance, and other external factors. Therefore, no guarantee of yield, production, or profit is provided.
11. No Refund Policy
    All fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
12. No Cancellation Claim
    Once booked, cancellation will not be eligible for refund or compensation.
13. No Transfer Policy
    Consultancy services cannot be transferred to another individual.
14. Travel Charges (Farm Visit)
    Client must bear TA, DA, and HRA for on-site visits.
15. No Liability
    KSFA and its consultants are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss.
16. No Loss Claims
    Clients cannot claim any financial or operational losses from KSFA or the consultant.
17. Advisory Nature
    All suggestions are based on experience and are advisory only.
18. Confidentiality
    Shared knowledge and materials must not be misused or redistributed.
19. Rights to Modify
    KSFA reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
20. Acceptance of Terms
    Booking the service implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions.
